Payment and data sharing are encrypted and secure. In addition, your online banking access data (e.g. PIN) and confirmation codes are never saved. They are also never visible to the retailer or other third parties.

Browse through our shop and put the items you would like to buy into your shopping cart. You can then click on the shopping cart symbol at the top right to get an overview of your selected products. Here you can also change the quantity. Click on "Checkout" to go to checkout and select one of the available payment methods.

If you have a voucher, you can redeem it in the VOUCHER field during checkout. The discount or monetary amount will automatically be applied to your order.

If you have a voucher that cannot be activated, send us an email to info@mi-piace-nf.ch with your voucher code.

For orders over 150 CHF, shipping within Switzerland is free. If the order value is less than 65 CHF, a shipping fee of 9.00 CHF will be charged.

The products are in our warehouse in Thurgau and ready for immediate dispatch. Your order will be sent by Swiss Post. The goods should usually arrive within 5-7 working days.

If you have placed an order by mistake, we can of course cancel it. Please note that you can only cancel your order as long as your goods have not yet left the warehouse. Simply contact us via info@me-piace-nf.ch

Item Return:

If you decide to return an item, you can do so within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please note that the products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

If you have received incorrect or damaged items, please send us a photo of the goods to info@mi-piace-nf.ch. We will then check the situation and send you a return slip so that you can return the products to us free of charge.

Refund:

Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will refund your money within a few days.
